Residential toilet, 110-volt 12,000 BTU mini split, That many split will do cooling and heating functions and it's extremely efficient. additional low profile rooftop air conditioner on the RV that plugs in separately the power cord is wrapped around itself at the very top of the unit to provide additional cooling in case you get caught in 110-115° temperatures. Inside also you'll find in the lower section that's also not in the front is a diesel electric heater. Since the unit has a fully open basement the diesel electric heater allows you to have a cheap source of heat to heat the basement which also heats the floor of the RV which is incredibly convenient when it's cold outside but also helps keep the tanks warmer and the plumbing warmer due to the fact that you can pump heat directly into the basement without having to run the air conditioning unit which is incredibly inefficient in the middle of winter time trying to make heat. You'll notice there's a standard TV that's in the bedroom, but you'll notice there's a 75-inch 4K Samsung TV in the living room. All the speakers in the entire unit have been upgraded to ball pump four-way high performance speakers the factory stereo is connected to the outside speakers only for listening to music the inside is connected to a home stereo head unit that also has a 12-in subwoofer behind the TV to give you more realistic surround sound and more power. The door that was taken off to expose the stereo to make sure the remote works all the time is in the lower section of the RV and can be put back on at any point. In the rear of the RV, you'll notice a large tan fabric unit and that is one of the RV roof shade units. It is 43 ft long and shades the roof using adjustable hoops that are inside the unit as it sits instructions can be had online as to how to put it on.Also inside the basement is a modular set of stairs they are adjustable in height very easy to put together and very easy to take apart they are fantastic because they have the non-wood decking so they don't rot and they usually can be adjusted to go right above your factory stairs so that you don't need to do any disassembly to the RV to use them.
